Drawing on our experience of sitting on hiring panels for Boards of Trustees, Directors, and senior administrative roles, we run a 45-minute mock interview with you, asking the kind of challenging questions that top employers use to separate strong candidates from the rest. After the session, we provide a detailed, structured feedback report, walking you through your performance, highlighting strengths, and giving actionable advice for improvement. You’ll leave with concrete strategies for answering difficult questions, managing nerves, and presenting yourself with clarity and confidence.
